You deserve financial peace đź’–

Money is a energy frequency and there is an abundance of it you can tap into at any moment. Imagine budgeting as a love language with your future self and partner in creating the life you were born to live.

What Is Cash Stuffing?

Cash stuffing is a budgeting method where you divide your physical cash into envelopes labeled for specific spending categories. Every paycheck you will “stuff” each envelope with the budgeted amount for that category.

Once the cash is gone from that envelope, you stop spending in that category until your next pay cycle.

How to Get Started?

1.List Your Income & Expenses
Write down what is coming in and what has to go out. Be sure to include the date each payment is due.

2.Pick Your Envelope Categories

Here are some envelope category examples:

    • Rent/Mortgage
    • Groceries
    • Nails
    • Gas
    • Beauty & Self-Care
    • Shopping
    • Kiddies
    • Entertainment
    • Dining Out/Date Nights
    • Household Supplies
    • Car Maintenance
    • Birthday Trip
    • Christmas
    • Gifts
    • Emergency Fund
    • Savings Goals

3.Label Your Envelopes
Get old-school with paper or grab a cute cash wallet binder system. The one I use is linked in my Cash Stuffing Essentials Amazon List below!

4.Stuff The Envelopes
Add cash to the envelopes each paycheck. Spend only what’s in there and that’s it!

Why It Works ?

  • Visual Spending = Mindful Spending
Watching your cash leave your envelope makes you think twice about spending without intention and keeps you in the present moment.
  • It Feels Empowering
You are strengthening your discipline muscle which will transfer into other areas of your life.
  •  Form of Self-Love
Telling your money where to go with love, intention and a grateful heart raises your vibrational state. Also sticking to your present and future plans for yourself says I love me.

đź’– Tips for Success

  • Name Your Categories with Intention
These are your values. Let each envelope be an altar.
  • Withdraw Your Cash (with gratitude!)
When you are headed to the bank or ATM feel excitement.
  • Have Fun!
Don’t be afraid to channel your inner child when creating your binder. Use whatever funky colors and designs speak to your soul.
  • Self Care Envelope
Do not forget to include a Self Care envelope! This envelope is for treating yourself to whatever you like coffee, candles, a massage, even ice cream!!

What to do if you have left over money? đź’–

There will be some stuffing cycles where you might not have spent all the money in a certain envelope. Look at you with your discipline!!! I like to take any money left over and put it towards a savings goal in a savings goal binder like the one below!

Remember to give yourself grace darling this is not about being perfect! Be proud of yourself for showing up in any capacity. Where intention goes energy flows, you got this babe!
